Exchange, Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales on Globiz are final. Once a gift card has been purchased and the redemption code has been delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.

Compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Laws

Globiz operates in full compliance with the UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations. Under Article 16 of the UAE Consumer Protection Law, digital products and gift cards are explicitly exempt from the standard return and refund provisions, as these are intangible goods delivered electronically.

By completing a purchase on Globiz, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this No Refund Policy in accordance with UAE law.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Gift card redemption codes once delivered via email
• Partially or fully used gift cards
• Gift cards purchased by mistake or for the wrong brand
• Gift cards that have expired
• Gift cards purchased during promotional or discounted periods
• Change of mind after purchase

Exceptional Circumstances

Globiz may, at its sole discretion, consider a resolution only in the following exceptional cases:

• Technical error on Globiz's platform that resulted in duplicate charges
• Gift card code was not delivered due to a verified system failure
• Incorrect gift card denomination delivered due to a system error

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase with full evidence. Globiz reserves the right to verify all claims before any resolution is offered.

Consumer Rights under Dubai Law

In accordance with Dubai Consumer Protection regulations and the UAE Ministry of Economy guidelines:

• Consumers are advised to verify all purchase details before completing payment
• Gift cards are treated as cash equivalents and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
• Globiz is not responsible for gift cards redeemed by unauthorized parties
• Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE
