1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Globiz, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Globiz is a marketplace platform that enables users to purchase digital gift cards from a variety of retailers and brands. We act as an intermediary between buyers and gift card issuers.

3. User Accounts

To make purchases, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
  • You may not create multiple accounts or share accounts.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • All purchase information is accurate and complete.
  • Globiz may contact you to verify your identity or payment details.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand. Globiz is not responsible for:

  • The acceptance or rejection of a gift card by a retailer.
  • Changes to a retailer's terms or the discontinuation of a brand's gift card program.
  • Expired or lost gift card codes after delivery.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of gift cards, all sales are final once a gift card code has been delivered. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of technical error. Please contact support within 48 hours of purchase if you experience an issue.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or purchasing gift cards for resale without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Globiz's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
